Then send your app, with our SDK embedded inside, to all your testers or publish it on the store and start getting users feedback. Step 2: shake. Whenever the user is using the app, all what he/she needs to do is to simply shake the device to fire our feedback tool within the app itself. Users can draw on the screenshot to highlight it and add a text comment to clarify on the issue reported. You can also customize our SDK to have the feedback tool fired up with different gestures, check the SDK page for more details. Step 3: review. At the moment that the user reports the feedback on the mobile device, you can check it instantly on your organized dashboard. You'll get the user's text feedback and the annotated screenshot.
